Sony has decided to acquire the central stand at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) that will take place in January next year in Las Vegas. Ok…that would seem rather normal…except for the fact that the stand will have 12,000 sq. feet (aprox 3660 square meters). That’s a lot. Time to take away the X360 thunder.
I’m so gonna be there for that.
Oh, so anyway, just finished a nice 15 hour workday. We gave away 10 XBOX 360’s! It was very exciting. But I’m oh so very tired now. And then I tried to order a DVR from Comcast, and they put me in some stupid chat thing, and then the stupid woman didn’t speak to me so I left, and then my order was cancelled. Asshats.
I would have gotten TiVo, but I don’t have a phone line. ASSHATS! I give up, I’m going to bed.

Is there going to be a TechRiot booth there?
How were the XBOX’s given away?
TIVO is on the out, go with the Comcast box… it is a better value and costs less monthly. Plus TIVO partnered with Yahoo… who the hell uses Yahoo anymore? It is a desperate move to ad value to a device and subscription model that ends up offering lackluster anything to it’s customers when compared with the what cable companies can provide.
You can activate your TIVO with a borrowed phone line. I heard that you can even do that at Circuit City. Was this on BOL? I can’t remember anymore. Podcast overload syndrome, I guess.
