[...] I am very, very serious about the wi-fi bunny. First person to find me one that I can get in the U.S. will win a prize of some kind. I swear. Or maybe a European site that I can translate and buy it off of. This is getting rediculous. [...]
You can start with the orange button marked with a cart icon that says ‘ajouter au panier’ (add to cart) and then ‘valider votre commande’ (confirm your order). After that, you’ll want ‘identifiez vous’ which means setting up an account.
I even started translating some for you (buzz out loud’s podcast has kept me company on long drives at work so thanks) but then realized I am actually lazy. So here’s the first page of account setup:
Fill in personal info: (*= required)
-Mlle/Mme/M (Mademoiselle, Madame, Monsieur)
-e-mail address*
-last name*
-first name*
-fnac number (not applicable)
-birthdate (day/month/year)
-Fnac store you frequent
-pick a password (4 character minimum)*
-confirm password*
-Do you wish to receive offers and information from Fnac? (yes or no)
Click orange button again
The next page is for your address. It’s pretty much set up the same way ordering is on an English language website, so it should work to run it through a translator online or just guess at cognates. The price has gone up since we got ours at 96,50 euros to 115 plus shipping.
Also, if you don’t subscribe for monthly service, there are in only 10 free messages (songs or custom messages) and unlimited premade short phrases. Also there’s the weather and e-mail and alarm and other services that are free too.
