   Sweeeeeeeet!!! That’s so cool! I want one. But I couldn’t buy it in Brazil at all, the price will probably be around Us$2000 or Us$2500

   If you could make a video of the Nabaztag that would be cool. I want to see that thing speaking

   Hello Veronica, I’m a fan of BOL, and just purchased a mac because of you! I listen to the podcast during my weekly commute from Elk Grove to San Francisco. I have been a long standing pc user, but after hearing your passionate debates about how much better the computing experience is on a mac - I decided to invest in the mini-mac. Anyway, i must say that the more I use it, the more I love it. I have to use PCs for work, but for the home and sure computing pleasure I am really thinking mac. I would love to know more about your favorite apps, if you don’t mind sharing? I was thinking that on the cnet bio, maybe they can add a tab that lists your favorite applications? Anyway, love the blog page, and will be back to read more. PS. I love that laptop!! mac has style!! too bad it is only available in black for the highend model only.

   Don’t you think the black looks a little dull? I’ve always beeen seemingly the odd one out in defending Thinkpads from people who find them hideous, and now all of a sudden it seems matte black surfaces are really sexy. While it works for IBM, I don’t think it suits fancy shiny Apple laptops, so I’m buying a white one tomorrow. (But I still wish they came in pretty iPod mini colours!)

   As for WoW, I’ve heard from a friend that it’s pretty bad on OS X with the Mac mini, but if you can cope with loading Bootcamp there’s like a 50% performance increase. I’d expect the MacBook to be virtually identical, so you can probably cope if you turn a few graphics settings down. (And wear sunglasses so as not to blind yourself looking at the glossy screen.)

   if they were to up the graphics card on the macbook, i’d buy it in a heartbeat. i have a HP lappy with intel integrated graphics and it doesnt quite run games as great as i expected…so in a way that justifies the market price of a thousand and change. i love the black color…but its not worth the purchase if apple’s gonna dumb down on the 3d specs…hence like a pigeon perched waiting for someone to drop the bagel…i shall wait patiently:-)

   p.s. can you post up images of the wifi bunny when you recieve it? im curious as to what it looks like in living color

   If I could somehow get a copy of WOW, I could test it on my new White Macbook (same specs as black) and put to death any concerns…My 2GB of RAM are arriving from OWC this morning.

   The “hotness” actually is the only reason to get black, because the same specs in white will always be $150 less! Full disclosure: I want the black one too!

   Suitcase - I like the glossy screen, and I think that the black matte is a nice touch compared to the shiny white of the iBook line.

   James - I’m not sure why they chose the black to be the high-end model. Perhaps it really is just a “status symbol” thing… as much as I love them, I wouldn’t put it past them.

   Jon - Yes, I will absolutely post video of the Nabaztag.

    WOW. There are a few threads on the MAC discussion boards regarding the Macbook and WOW. Looks like it will run, but that all that great.
