There is only one thing lacking in my life right now: a good chair. My desk chair has been seized by the full-time blogger living in my apartment for the summer, and so until we can get over to Office Max or something, there is only one chair for two people.
Since running Engadget has been deemed more important than my Warcraft addiction, I’ve had to do other things with my time. Here is a list of some of those things:
1. Watching “Sex and the City.” Possibly up to five times a day (Thank you, TiVO!)
2. Watching the entire first season of “Lost” until the wee hours of the morning.
3. Going to dot com events.
4. Trying new delicious restaurants with my girlfriends.
5. Torturing the cat.
6. Reading the Mallorean, Vol. 1 (I think I’m on Book 6 of like… 800).
7. Sleep.
So, if you haven’t seen me on Bonechewer in a while, that’s why. *sigh*

You know, when you put it that way, you playing WarCraft really is more important than running the world’s biggest tech web magazine. I’ll get a chair later today. Mwah.
Hey Veronica,
That D. Eddings series you’re reading is pretty good. I thought that it ended kind of weird, but that’s just me. Keep up the good work on cnet.

Jon - I’m not… Ryan is.
mmmm Lost. I watched the first season in 7 days. My eyes bled for a week straight afterwards.
Lost = Crack + Best show eva!
Good luck stopping after one episode, I ended up watching 14 ep.’s in one sitting… It’s really that good.
I would suggest adding a paypal button for the “buy veronica a chair” fund. I bet with all your fans you could get an Aeron…
Yes for the restaurants.
No no for tourturing the poor cat…
Ohhhhh, we had a first season Lost Session over in mine the other night, and like you, it went on till the wee hours (~4am?). Good times…
And what is it with Kittens and their claws? I get attacked by mine almost every morning
Wierd, but my Computer chair (a garden patio, plastic jobby) broke just the other day…something with the back legs breaking…bring on a decent computer chair…
