I know you’re probably sick to death of hearing about my vacation, but Allie just put up some new pics on her Flickr page that I thought were hysterical.
Here, we’re singing “Total Eclipse of the Heart” at some random bar in Avalon. We sang it “Old School” style and all… got a few cheers for that one.
Next up, mini golf. I don’t think we ever figured out who won, but we did learn a valuable lesson: small children named “Mark” that follow you around and loudly complain that your group is taking too long are basically asking for a death sentence.

You do realise you were hassled playing mini-golf because only crappy kids play mini-golf instead of proper golf and they make it crap because they dont realise its something you must not take seriously because it not a sport! [end of golf fanboy rant]

1. i like the karaoke pic, make a BOL talent show and i’ll send you a mix tape (sorry, i ran out of blank CD’s…yeah, i’m still old school like that)
3. the pics remind me of how i’d celebrate my birthday with my twin bro. since i’m 2 minutes older than him, the party always begins with me having fun for 2 minutes while my brother has to sit still and do nothing. after the elapsed time, he joins the festivities. yes, twins work in strange yet cosmically-amusing ways, lol.
2. all in all, excellent shots! looks like you really had a smashing time out in the wilderness…what with their rampant golf courses, annoying kids, and wild karaoke machines…ah nature!
