Hey guys, I’m about to start doing the Holiday Helpdesk in about an hour! 10 hour marathon on CNET TV or here if the CNET TV thing isn’t working for you.
If you call in, and your question get answered on the air, you could win one of 10 PS3s! w00t!
Check it out! The number is 888-599-CNET (2638).

I really wish I had a holiday question to ask. I’ve already picked out all my gifts!
Ps3 is selling for Us$3000 here, but you can’t even find a single one available.
If I could get one I’d buy my plane tickets for next year
i’m on it!
I’m watching!
I have gifting anxiety.
Watching and trying to get through. I have a damn question about Routers and configuring port -forwarding.
I’m really sad. I’m in the UK and I have watched the first part which is in the evening in the UK but although I have tried using Skype and Gizmo Project to call in it does not work. Also we don;t have Thanksgiving so although I listened to the thanksgiving podcast I had to imagine a festive spirit. Its 11pm here now and I need to go so I hope it has gone well and some cool dude (or dudette) gets the plasma.
I actually ended up having a question and have been trying to get through for hours now. Dial/redial/redial/redial. I have to give up. But it is fun watching!
Feck the PS3, all i want is that Billy Idol CD man
I gave up on calling in after redialing for 2.5 hours. *ouch!* Had to give my thumb a break.
I would’ve kept the PS3 if i won. It was funny how you guys asked the winners what they were gonna do with the PS3, and a few of them were like “Eh…uhh..hmm.” I can feel your pain when i saw the look of disappointment and apprehension on your faces.
The program is a great idea. I just hope that I can get a question in next year!
I would sell it.
I played one and was not impressed. I would rather buy a Wii and XBox360 instead of a PS3.
yeah it was hard to get through even though brian cooley announced that they have 2 lines open. I still can’t get through. I want that PS3 so bad!
Instead of a PS3, can I get a Zune?
i noticed how your hair wasn’t getting in your eyes.. how on earth did you do that?
I called in about the Creative Zen Nano. Brian said it was ugly, and you said it was not that bad. THANKS. I needed a screen, so I did but about 7 of those, and thank you so much for telling me about the Podcast thing, if I did not know that I would not have bought.

Bobbypin, Niek!
I see, an invisible bobbypin. Where were the bobbypins on your Nov. 20 Big Media Day? Good job scheduling your last session, by the way
And what was that about; most of your viewers being located in Frankfurt?? Frankfurt, here in Europe? Molly even started speaking German, if i heard that right. Never realized CNET was so popular here!
How did you get your job, How, How. It sounds so fun. I would pay money to come sit in those chairs and take calls all day and then help people. And then on a regular day, doing podcasts and videos for Cnettv. HOW did you manage to get such a GREAT job!
I would pay to have your Job.

(P.S.: Check out my blog, it has a picture of my name on CNET TV, Tom looked really stumped with my Question, but they all helped alot and knew what they were talking about.
Wow, Veronica Belmont… I anticipate the CNET TiVo podcast or whatever the damn thing is called because of you.
You rule!
it was awesome, especially when i made it after hours of redialing…thanx applescript!!
Love your podcast on CNET. Did not know you had a blog… I will keep coming back…
Oh Veronica… that Prizefight with the Zune vs. iPod is pure evil, leaving us on a cliffhanger like that! Oh how long must we have to wait until the verdict? I can just put myself into a coma until then…
WHERE IS JAMES????
the only holiday question i could possibly ask would be in reference to my new HDTV which i bought on a recommendation from cnet… the question would be “why do some companies completely lack the ability to provide effective customer service?”
