The Battle of the Breakfast Bulge

Maybe its just a Scottish thing but the most popular breakfast here is either a sausage roll (square sausage[1] in a roll[2]), a bacon roll (same thing but with 2 rashers of bacon) or a doubler. Which is a roll with both sausage & bacon.

Probably the most unhealthy way to start the day ever but damn they’re a brilliant hangover cure

(( for the super hangover there is also the breakfast roll[3], which is pretty much a heart-attack wrapped in bread ))
