I love to read your sporadic personal blog entries but I love it even more when you do your thing and give tech tidbits. Hope to read more personal tech tidbits that you have come across that you think are important and that you would personally recommend.

Actually, I would love to read what kind of apps you use on your MBP, all the personal fave gadgets you own and would love to own, and personal opinion on current and future tech trends. You’re a tech icon V, please keep up the great work!

Update: We appologizw to all the people who did not see the initial warning. The software has been changed in several ways including Justin design suggestions as well as recommendation from a couple of other users.

Having done a lot of support over the last 5 days, I think that in this specific case, Justin was right to be pissed and he actually went the extra mile to design the fix for us. So as painful as it is, this is the best way to learn from it!

I agree with Veronica that backing up to OPML files is a great idea. I also make a copy of the backup and distribute them on my laptops and mobile devices in case I would need them there.

Feedy is too much like a portal. Besides, I always use different browsers and different computers.

However, doing a backup of Google Reader isn’t such a bad idea.

I’ve been using Foxmarks for quite a while which keeps them backed up on the cloud. Recently also stumbled across Mozilla Weave which backs up your bookmarks & does some other pretty cool stuff.

After hearing Justin’s story, I’ll be sure to use both just in case!
