Brava! Good for you, Veronica! There is much to be said in favor of instant communication, but thought, reflection and humor so sometimes suffer for it. Bring back the blog! For what it may be worth, I have yet to give in to Twitter and do not consider myself the poorer for it.

Very cool V! I like the silly side and creative side of you

I like twitter and all, but i like personal blogs better because you can be a lot more creative and don’t have to worry about the 140 character limit to express yourself! Also since people visit blogs a different times, you can post links and don’t have to worry about bringing sites down like twitter does!

If I remember correctly it was also one of your New Years resolutions to blog more – and it seems twitter has so far ruined that resolution a bit.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. It’s hard to have a personal blog when your twitter is constantly updating your personality to the world in short spouts. That’s why I use tumblr for my personal blog and my wordpress site for things like reviews and more journalistic posts. I think tumblr’s simplistic format eases me out of the scary need to post something meaningful.

Best of luck with it anyway and I look forward to reading whatever you publish.
