The Snakes on a Plane song.

Ganked lovingly from SuBBrilliant Blog. Can this get any more AMAZING?!

Why are there commercials for cotton? Do they actually think when I’m spending money on clothes that I think to myself “Yes, these two shirts are very similar. However, this one is made of a synthetic fiber, while this one is made of cotton. Clearly the answer here is the cotton garment!!”

Maybe there’s a whole story I’m not aware of. Maybe the cotton farmers of America are suffering. But it reminds me of the pork commercials. The other white meat. Uh huh. I’m aware of the existance of pork, thank you. Your commercial isn’t going to make me like pork. Pork chops = gross. Bacon, however, is the perfect food accessory. See? My mind is already made up.

Don’t worry, cotton. I won’t be switching to silk any time soon. Or will I…..

Like it?

Do you like the new layout? Do you like that veronicabelmont.com is no longer a redirect? I sure do! Anyhow, thanks to Ryan for hosting me and making things work in good order.

I’ve been doing a lot of retail therapy lately. Tonight, I went a little overboard. I can’t even talk about it. Lets just say that going to Macy’s after a couple of drinks is not generally considered to be a good decision in most circles. Unfortunately, no one told my circle that. But do I feel better? YES THANK YOU.

I got a wonderful present today! An ulcer - the kind I think I can tolerate. It definitely brightened my day. God, I love presents. More in the tech department soon, I swear. Now that the site is the way I want it, things will pick up.

Ugh.

There is a spider in my apartment. He’s been “hanging out” for two days. Right now I’m glaring at him from across the room, because he’s in a corner I can’t reach. As long as he stays away from my bedroom, we be cool. But then I start thinking about that short story from “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark” about how the woman had a spider lay eggs in her face as she slept, and then they hatched all over her and OMG I’M TOTALLY GOING TO HAVE NIGHTMARES NOW!!!! ARRGGG!!!

Great, now I lost track of him. Kill me.
