Google Inc.’s wrath is short lived, it turns out.
The Mountain View search engine has ended a one-year boycott of reporters from Cnet Network’s online technology news service News.com 10 months early.
Eric Schmidt, Google’s chief executive, granted an interview with a Cnet reporter for an article published Monday night.
That boycott sure lasted.

How I love you so. CTIA MobileFocus was tonight, and I ate like a queen. And drank like one, for that matter. Anyway. Winner of the evening? The hot pink Motorola Razr, due out this Christmas season. It’s hotter than I could even imagine. But I think I’m more of a Pebl girl. Definitely wins the award for most adorable phone to ever exist. And apparently tomorrow I’m going to an Engadget party. Fraternizing with the enemy? Oh yes.
I don’t have anything particular to report. I just felt the uuuuurge to update. So. Here we are again.
It was a good weekend. Finally got my desk into my new place, and also bought a bookshelf. Now I have officially $100 to get me through the next two weeks. But hey, I’ve got cereal and internet. What more could a girl hope for? The weather has also been fantastic, so there was lots of hanging out done at Dolores Park on Sunday. This weekend I couldn’t do much drinking on Sunday, as I was pretty hungover from Saturday night.
Oh right! Zane was in town. We went to the Noisettes show at Cafe Du Nord. Lots of fun, but I forgot my camera. I however cannot forget the pain in my leg, from when I decided it was a GREAT IDEA to freestyle walk on the way home. Apparently I forgot to stretch beforehand.
I love meeting new people, which is how I’ve spent my last two weekends. Now all I need to do is save up for a better bike, and I shall be UNSTOPPABLE!
In nerd news, tomorrow I’m going to a cellphone event at the Fairmont Hotel. We get free food! w00t!
Today the Green Day tour bus parked in front of my building. They obviously did it to torture me, because I’m not going to the show.
I stood outside for a while, but it appears that it was merely the crew bus. CURSES! For the record, Green Day has a special place in my heart: Dookie was the first CD I ever owned! *sigh*
